Summary
This study tests whether bringing healthcare directly to neighborhoods through mobile health units can help prevent high blood pressure in Black adults. Community health workers provide personalized lifestyle coaching to 330 participants with slightly elevated blood pressure who aren't yet on medication. The goal is to see if this approach lowers blood pressure and prevents it from becoming full hypertension.
