First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a mobile health app can help teenagers (ages 13–18) who come to the emergency room with a concussion get faster access to a specialist. Participants report their symptoms daily through the app, which alerts doctors if they need follow-up care. The goal is to see if this approach reduces the number of teens who have symptoms lasting more than 28 days.
