Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app with videos, reminders, and pelvic floor exercises can help men recover from urinary incontinence and erectile problems after prostate removal for cancer. About 78 men will either get standard care or the app-based program. Researchers will check their progress at 1 and 3 months after surgery using questionnaires and pad counts.
