Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app that offers daily rewards and helps plan when to take pills can improve medication adherence in 600 adults with high blood pressure. Participants will take surveys, submit blood pressure readings, and some will send photo proof of taking their medication. The goal is to see if these tools help people stick with their treatment, lower blood pressure, and reduce healthcare costs.
