Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app that provides education, nurse counseling, and regular check-ins can help adults with a new stoma (ileostomy or colostomy) adapt better and improve their quality of life. About 66 participants will either get standard care or standard care plus the app for six months. Researchers will measure stoma adjustment and quality of life at several points after discharge.
