Phone app could catch baby blues before it deepens

Summary

This study will enroll 120 pregnant women and follow them for 6 months after birth. Participants will use a mobile app to answer quick questions about their mood, sleep, and well-being. The goal is to see if the app can detect early warning signs of postpartum depression and track how symptoms change over time.
