First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile app can help people with long-term low back pain do their home exercises more consistently. About 50 adults with chronic mechanical low back pain will either get a printed exercise plan or use an app with videos, reminders, and progress tracking. After six weeks, researchers will measure pain, balance, posture, and daily function to see if the app makes a difference.
