Can your phone help lower your blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07299266
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app that reminds people to take their medication and check their blood pressure helps them manage their high blood pressure better. It will compare 40 adults with high blood pressure, where half use the app and a special blood pressure monitor, and the other half use a standard monitor. The main goal is to see if the app group shows better blood pressure control and sticks to their treatment plan more closely after three months.
