First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week exercise program delivered through a smartphone app can improve physical function and heart health in people with post-COVID syndrome (long COVID). Sixty adults with fatigue or shortness of breath will be randomly assigned to either follow the app-based training or receive standard activity guidelines. The goal is to see if the app helps them walk farther, move more easily, and feel better in daily life.
