Summary
This study tests a mobile app (Oups!) and a connected Bluetooth device for at-home pelvic floor muscle training in women aged 55 and older with stress urinary incontinence (bladder leakage). The goal is to see if the tools are easy to use and whether they reduce leakage episodes and improve quality of life. About 36 participants will use the app and device at home and report their symptoms.
