Summary
This study will give doctors in Tanzanian hospitals a smartphone tool called a mobile antibiogram, which shows which antibiotics work best for common infections. The goal is to help them prescribe more effective antibiotics and reduce the spread of drug-resistant bacteria. About 300 prescribers who own smartphones will take part.
