Summary

This study tests whether an enhanced multivitamin (MMS Plus) given during pregnancy and after birth can improve infant health and growth compared to standard supplements. About 3,000 pregnant women in Karachi, Pakistan, will take either MMS Plus or standard vitamins during pregnancy, then continue with different supplements after birth. Researchers will track baby outcomes at birth and growth up to 6 months of age.
