Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called MK-6204 (SKB535) in about 90 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. This is a first-in-human trial, so the focus is on safety and dosing, not yet on proving a cure.
