Summary

This study aims to find out if a new mixed reality training simulator is as good as traditional high-tech simulators for teaching newborn resuscitation skills. It will involve 400 doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists from rural hospitals who are already certified in neonatal resuscitation. The research will measure how well teams perform resuscitation procedures after using the different training tools.
