Summary
This study is testing a new medical device called the DragonFly M2 system. It is designed to repair a serious leak in the heart's mitral valve using a minimally invasive catheter procedure, avoiding open-heart surgery. The goal is to confirm the device is safe and effective for patients who are at high risk for traditional surgery. Participants will be followed for up to five years to monitor their heart function and quality of life.
