Doctors launch national registry to track heart valve procedure results

Summary
This study is creating a national registry to track the results of a balloon procedure used to treat a narrowed heart valve (mitral stenosis). Researchers will follow 400 patients in Korea who undergo this standard procedure to see how they do afterward and to learn which balloon sizing method works best. This is an observational study to gather real-world data, not to test a new treatment.
