NCT ID NCT03564678

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tested whether a combination of levocarnitine (an amino acid) and vitamin B complex could help lower high bilirubin levels caused by two leukemia drugs, PEG-asparaginase and inotuzumab ozogamicin. Only 10 adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) were enrolled. The goal was to see if bilirubin levels dropped by at least half or returned to near normal within 11 days. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
