Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment for early missed abortion, where a pregnancy stops developing but hasn't naturally passed. Researchers will compare surgery and medication approaches in 580 participants to see which is more effective at completely clearing tissue, causes fewer complications like scarring, and leads to better future pregnancy outcomes. The goal is to establish clearer treatment standards to help patients recover safely.
