This report describes a 29-year-old man with a rare parasitic cyst in his shoulder muscle that was initially mistaken for a different type of cyst. The wrong treatment caused inflammation and infection. After correct diagnosis by imaging and surgery, the patient fully recovered with medication. The study aims to help doctors recognize this rare condition in muscle tissue, especially in areas where the parasite is common.
