Cord blood cells aim to repair hearts after attack

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called MiSaver, made from umbilical cord blood cells, to see if it can safely improve heart function after a heart attack. About 102 adults who recently had a heart attack and have reduced heart pumping ability will receive either MiSaver or standard care. Researchers will monitor heart function, side effects, and quality of life for one year.
