Mirror, mirror on the wall: can a simple reflection speed knee surgery recovery?
NCT ID NCT07380958
Summary
This study is testing if adding mirror therapy to standard physical therapy helps people recover better after a total knee replacement. Researchers will compare two groups of 30 participants: one doing exercises while looking in a mirror, and one doing the same exercises without a mirror. The goal is to see if the mirror group experiences less pain and better knee movement during the first month of recovery.
