App aims to ease young Adults' anxiety and depression through guided journaling

Summary
This study tests whether using a journaling and mood-tracking app called Mirror can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. About 500 young adults aged 18-25 with mild to moderate symptoms will use the app for 8 weeks and be followed for another month. Researchers will measure changes in mood and daily functioning to see if the app helps.
