First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a specific type of exercise (mirror image spine correction) can improve nerve health and reduce pain better than standard physiotherapy in adults with sciatica. About 64 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two 12-week exercise programs. The main goal is to see changes in nerve structure using advanced MRI scans, along with pain and disability levels.
