Summary
This study tested whether repeated positive mirror exposure — guided sessions where participants focus on neutral or positive aspects of their bodies — can improve body image and emotional well-being in female university students with disordered eating symptoms. 75 women aged 18-25 took part. The goal was to see if this simple, accessible technique could reduce appearance-related distress and improve mood.
