Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called Mirror to see if its journaling and mood-tracking features can help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. It involves 500 young adults in the U.S. who will use different versions of the app for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if guided journaling and mood tracking lead to greater symptom improvement compared to just tracking moods or receiving general mental health information.
