Summary

This study looks at whether a substance in the blood called miRNA371 can show if testicular cancer is present or coming back. Researchers will collect blood samples and scans from 100 adults with newly diagnosed germ cell tumors. The goal is to see if this blood test can catch cancer activity earlier or more accurately than standard imaging.
