Summary
This study tests a new drug called mirivadelgat in 126 adults with pulmonary hypertension linked to interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). The drug aims to improve blood flow in the lungs, exercise ability, and heart function. Participants take a capsule daily for 12 weeks and have clinic visits every 4 weeks. The study compares the drug to a placebo to check safety and effectiveness.
