Trial offers hope for tots with Nerve-Related bladder leaks
NCT ID NCT05621616
Summary
This study is testing a liquid form of the medicine mirabegron to see if it can help very young children (6 months to under 3 years old) with a nerve-related bladder condition. The goal is to see if the medicine safely increases how much urine the bladder can hold, which can reduce dangerous pressure and accidental leaks. Children will take the medicine once a day for up to a year, starting with a low dose that may be increased.
