Summary
This study tested whether a very gentle, non-surgical cleaning method (MINST) works better than standard deep cleaning for early gum recession. 54 adults with shallow gum recession (3 mm or less) took part. The goal was to see which method helps gums grow back more effectively, measured by changes in recession depth and width.
