New study tests less invasive surgery for scoliosis
NCT ID NCT07203586
Summary
This study aims to find out if a less invasive surgical technique is as safe and effective as traditional open surgery for correcting scoliosis in young people. It will compare the two methods in 180 patients aged 10-25, looking at recovery time, pain, complications, and long-term results. The goal is to see if the newer, less invasive approach can offer similar benefits with potentially faster healing and less pain.
