Tiny incisions vs. big surgery: which fixes slipped backs better?
NCT ID NCT07303348
Summary
This study is comparing two different surgical approaches for a common back condition where a lower spine bone has slipped slightly forward, pinching nerves. It will test a newer, less invasive technique using two small incisions and a camera against the traditional, more involved open surgery. The goal is to see which method provides better, longer-lasting pain relief and recovery for 200 patients who haven't been helped by other treatments.
