NCT ID NCT07344077
First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study compares two ways to fix severe bunions using a small incision and either one or two thin wires to hold the bone in place. About 50 adults aged 18-60 with painful bunions that haven't improved with other treatments will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The goal is to see which approach leads to better foot alignment and less pain over one year.
