Bunion breakthrough: one wire or two? new study aims to find best fix

Summary

This study compares two ways to fix severe bunions using a minimally invasive surgery. One method uses one wire to hold the bone in place, the other uses two wires. The goal is to see which approach leads to better foot alignment and function. 50 adults aged 18-60 with painful bunions that haven't improved with other treatments will take part.
