Summary
This study tested a mineral mouth rinse (THERAVEX®) in 116 adults with primary burning mouth syndrome, a condition causing ongoing mouth pain. Participants rinsed with the mineral solution or a placebo for 8 weeks. The main goal was to see if the rinse reduced burning pain intensity.
