First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether a free Danish website called Mindhelper.dk can improve mental well-being in young people aged 15 to 25. About 4,910 participants are randomly assigned to either get access to the site or not, and their well-being, body image, and willingness to seek help are tracked for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if a self-guided online tool can make a real difference for youth mental health.
