Summary

This study looks at whether mindfulness-based counseling and prenatal yoga can help first-time mothers feel more confident and less afraid of childbirth. About 164 pregnant women will take part in an 8-week program that includes counseling, yoga, or both. The goal is to see if these practices can improve their sense of control and reduce fear about delivery.
