Can mindfulness calm Kids' screen addiction and fears?
NCT ID NCT07477353
Summary
This study tests whether a mindfulness training program can help preschool children (ages 3-6) develop healthier technology habits. Researchers will see if the training reduces screen time, improves sleep, lowers fear levels, and strengthens parent-child bonds. The program teaches kids to focus on the present moment and manage their emotions, aiming to counteract the negative effects of too much screen time.
