Summary
This study tested whether online mindfulness training could help pregnant women feel less afraid of giving birth and more satisfied with their delivery. 38 first-time mothers in Turkey took part, with some receiving the training and others not. The results showed that the online program helped reduce fear and improve birth satisfaction.
