New Mind-Body therapy tested for Veterans' anxiety
NCT ID NCT06786572
Summary
This study is testing a new therapy that combines mindfulness training with exposure to physical sensations to help veterans who experience anxiety sensitivity. Anxiety sensitivity is the fear that normal body sensations (like a racing heart) signal something dangerous. The research will compare this new approach to standard therapy to see if it's practical and acceptable to participants.
