Can zoom mindfulness classes stop Depression's return?
NCT ID NCT06832605
Summary
This study tests if two online versions of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) can help prevent depression from returning. It will involve 315 adults in Spain who have had multiple episodes of depression but are currently in partial remission. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either group video sessions, a self-help manual with minimal support, or their usual care, to see which approach best delays a relapse over 12 months.
