Can mindfulness exercises cure student burnout?
NCT ID NCT07456527
Summary
This study is testing whether adding mindfulness techniques to standard physical therapy exercises can better help university students struggling with burnout, body pain, and reduced quality of life. Researchers are comparing two groups of students over six weeks: one doing exercises plus mindfulness, and one doing exercises alone. The goal is to see if the combined approach more effectively reduces feelings of exhaustion and improves well-being.
