Summary

This study tests a new type of group therapy for people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) that combines mindfulness with exposure exercises. The goal is to make treatment easier to tolerate and improve symptoms. Researchers will enroll 64 participants aged 16 to 55 to see if this approach works better than standard therapy.
