Mind over muscle: can visualizing your game beat stretching?
NCT ID NCT07028931
Summary
This study tested whether a mental imagery technique or a physical stretching routine works better to improve focus and performance in racquet sports. For 6 weeks, 52 amateur male players were split into two groups to practice one of the methods. Researchers measured their mindfulness and gameplay at several points to see which approach was more effective.
