First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a daily 20-minute breathwork program can improve running performance, breathing, and heart rate in recreational runners. About 20 adults who run regularly will either do the breathwork program or listen to guided meditation for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure running speed, heart rate, and breathing to see if breathwork offers extra benefits.
