NCT ID NCT07456527

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether adding mindfulness techniques to standard physical therapy can help university students aged 18-30 who are feeling burned out and have muscle pain. Participants will attend 60-minute sessions three times a week for six weeks. The goal is to see if the mindfulness group feels less burnout, has less pain, and reports a better quality of life compared to those who only do standard physical therapy.
