Summary

This study looked at whether athletes who are naturally more mindful are better at fighting off mental fatigue. Researchers tested 90 athletes to see if mental tiredness from a difficult computer task hurt their focus and running performance, and if mindfulness offered protection. They measured brain activity, reaction times, and endurance to understand the connection.
