Summary
This study tested whether a mindfulness-based psychoeducation program could help people with schizophrenia improve their mindfulness and medication adherence. 40 clinically stable outpatients were randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or usual care. Results showed that the mindfulness group had better mindfulness and adherence after 8 weeks.
