NCT ID NCT07307196
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a 4-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program can lower stress, improve pregnancy adjustment, and reduce anxiety about the baby's health in women who became pregnant after infertility treatment. Forty-four pregnant women will be split into two groups: one gets the mindfulness program plus routine care, the other gets routine care only. The goal is to see if mindfulness can help these mothers-to-be feel calmer and more prepared for childbirth.
