Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-session online mindfulness program could help women with premenstrual syndrome (PMS). 126 women took part. The program aimed to reduce PMS symptoms, fear of childbirth, and improve overall well-being. Results will show if this simple, non-drug approach works.
