Summary
This study is testing whether mindfulness and self-compassion training can help students who experience painful periods. It will involve 68 students who will either receive an 8-week training program or be in a comparison group that gets no training. The goal is to see if the training reduces stress, pain, and improves confidence in managing symptoms.
