Can mindfulness ease the burnout crisis for nurses?
NCT ID NCT07402564
Summary
This study aims to see if a mindfulness training program can help nurses manage job stress, feel more satisfied with their work, and perform better on the job. It will involve 64 nurses from a hospital in Turkey, who will be randomly assigned to either take the mindfulness course or not. The researchers will measure stress, satisfaction, and performance before the program, right after, and again three months later to see if the benefits last.
